Job Summary
To support high-priority strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives will partner with executive leadership, analyze business performance, and drive cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFO and executive team on strategic questions and decisions
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from analysis to implementation
- Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation to enhance productivity and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or corporate strategy
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in building financial models
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and business judgment
- Demonstrated experience with modern AI tools for productivity and workflow automation
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence stakeholders
