Senior Associate, Strategic Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Engineering Safety and Compliance Training Program, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Strategic Operations will manage program execution, training metrics, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Engineering's Safety and Compliance Training Program, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Monitor training adherence and performance metrics, coordinating corrective actions as necessary
• Generate reports and insights on training data and KPIs, presenting findings to leadership and recommending program improvements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading or coordinating training programs or complex cross-functional projects
• Proficiency with training metrics, compliance measures, and operational performance reporting
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
