Senior Associate Student Re-Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting previously enrolled students, the full-time Senior Associate Student Re-Enrollment Advisor will manage proactive outreach, develop re-enrollment plans, and coordinate with partner institutions to facilitate successful student re-engagement and enrollment recovery, with options for remote work within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of previously enrolled students across multiple partner institutions, providing tailored support and proactive follow-up
• Conduct high-volume outreach through various communication channels to engage students and help them navigate barriers to re-enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and progress, while collaborating with internal teams and partner staff to improve processes and outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in higher education, such as academic advising or enrollment management
• Experience managing a student caseload in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to advocate for student progress across organizational boundaries
• Proficiency with CRM systems and technology tools relevant to student engagement and outreach
