Senior Associate, Transactional Finance

Job Summary

Executing transactional finance activities across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, the full-time Senior Associate, Transactional Finance will ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, support operational workflows, and maintain data integrity in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute P2P transactions, including requisition support, purchase order creation, invoice validation, and payment processing
• Resolve transactional issues and communicate with stakeholders to ensure continuity of operations
• Support financial execution for R&D activities and maintain accurate data within enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of P2P processes and transactional finance operations
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Anaplan, or C3
• Understanding of SOPs, controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience in shared services or operational finance environments is preferred
