Job Summary
Driving projects forward with sharp analytical skills and healthcare knowledge, the full-time Senior Associate, Valuation Analysis will perform financial modeling, conduct market research, and assist in due diligence to support healthcare transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial health of healthcare organizations
- Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and risks within the healthcare sector
- Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing relevant documents and analyzing potential risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college/university required
- Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a consulting role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level Excel proficiency required
- Additional certifications (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred
