Senior Associate, VMO Reporting

Job Summary

To support the Vendor Management Organization, the full-time Senior Associate, VMO Reporting will design, develop, and maintain reporting programs, analyze data, and present insights to inform decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from various sources, performing statistical and trend analysis to identify patterns
• Optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes while leveraging tools such as Power Query, Python, and Tableau
• Analyze root causes of process deficiencies and drive improvements within the reporting framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in reporting within a Third-Party Risk Management organization
• Strong understanding of TPRM standards and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with vendor management software preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
