Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Atlassian Architect to work remotely, this full-time role will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of Atlassian-based Enterprise Service Management solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and design scalable Atlassian solutions based on business and operational requirements
- Support sales pursuits and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with approved designs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing Atlassian solutions, with strong hands-on experience in Jira and Jira Service Management
- Experience with ITIL-based service management and designing service management solutions
- Proven ability to lead discovery and technical implementation activities
- Strong understanding of integration architectures involving Atlassian products and enterprise systems
