Senior Atlassian Engineer
Job Summary
To support the modernization of the NCTE Work Management Infrastructure, the full-time Senior Atlassian Engineer will provide administrative, architectural, and engineering support for the Atlassian ecosystem, focusing on optimizing user experience and enhancing integrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and document reporting, permissions, and access requirements across Jira, JSM, and Confluence
- Optimize and enhance the JSM Help Center and associated project portals for improved usability
- Design and implement robust data connections between the Atlassian portfolio and external business intelligence systems, including PowerBI
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Security+ or equivalent certification
- 4+ years experience as a system administrator of Atlassian products
- Advanced knowledge of Windows (Server and Workstation) and AWS systems administration
