Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Attorney Recruiter will source, screen, pitch, negotiate, and close attorney candidates remotely, aiming for 15-20 hires per month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the hiring process for attorney roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach and networking
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining accurate records in the ATS/CRM
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing candidates independently
- Proven experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed professionals
- Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections effectively
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet a monthly hiring quota of 15-20+ hires
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
