Job Summary
To support the validation of healthcare performance measures, the full-time salaried Senior Auditor - Healthcare will conduct complex HEDIS compliance audits and performance measure validation activities remotely, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and conduct HEDIS compliance audits and performance measure validation activities
- Evaluate healthcare information systems, data integrity, and measure calculation processes
- Prepare and review audit workpapers, findings, and client-facing reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, health information management, or a related field
- Significant experience in HEDIS compliance auditing and healthcare performance measurement
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex performance measure specifications
- Experience evaluating healthcare information systems and data used for performance measure reporting
- Proven ability to lead complex audit activities and provide technical guidance to staff
