Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Senior Use-Case Lead - Authentication & Identity will manage the Authentication & Identity use-case family, develop compelling narratives, and translate complex challenges into measurable business value for banks, fintechs, and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define the Authentication & Identity use-case family, including customer trust and digital identity
- Develop technical and commercial narratives that address industry challenges and market positioning
- Communicate domain expertise through executive briefings, workshops, and industry engagements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Authentication, Identity Verification, or related fields
- Deep practical expertise in digital identity, access management, or customer onboarding
- Experience creating thought leadership and industry perspectives
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial outcomes
- Strong mentoring and collaboration skills with a focus on enabling others
