Job Summary
Investigating and settling complex auto subrogation claims, the fully remote Senior Auto Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and dispose of complex claims with minimal supervision
- Determine coverage, liability, and damages, and set proper reserves for claims
- Communicate action plans and case progress to involved parties effectively
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience handling auto subrogation and trucking claims
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional claims
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
