Job Summary

Managing complex auto subrogation claims, the fully remote Senior Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and settle high-exposure claims while exercising judgment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages while setting proper reserves
• Communicate action plans clearly and interact with various parties involved in the claims process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience handling auto subrogation and trucking claims
• High school diploma and related claims experience required
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
• Preferred: Active adjusters' license, either all lines or auto
