Senior Auto Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing high-exposure and litigated auto liability claims, the fully remote Senior Auto Liability Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, facilitate effective communication among involved parties, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact extensively with claimants, clients, and defense counsel to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
