Senior Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Automation Engineer will establish and guide enterprise testing, quality engineering, automation, and AI-assisted testing practices for a federal government healthcare modernization project while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Establish enterprise testing standards, procedures, and comprehensive test plans
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and continuous-testing capabilities
- Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and quality-control activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with test-automation frameworks and automated validation solutions
- Experience integrating automated testing into Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing techniques for automation and defect investigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
