Senior Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance infrastructure automation, the hybrid contract Senior Automation Engineer will design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python, while developing automated provisioning and orchestration capabilities across manufacturing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for automating infrastructure deployment and management
- Develop automated provisioning and configuration management capabilities utilizing VMware Aria Suite and Azure DevOps
- Create reusable automation frameworks and standardized deployment templates to support manufacturing operations
Required qualifications
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python for automation
- Proficiency in VMware Aria Suite, Microsoft System Center Orchestrator, and Azure DevOps
- Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of VMware vSAN and virtualization platforms
- Experience in developing automated solutions for infrastructure lifecycle management
