Job Summary

Seeking a proven producer, the fully remote Senior Aviation Charter Broker will independently manage charter sales, pricing, and client relationships while expanding an established book of private aviation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Bring and expand an established book of private aviation clients
• Independently manage charter sales, pricing, negotiations, and client relationships
• Generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, and strategic partnerships

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of private jet charter brokerage experience
• An established, active book of business with a demonstrated history of consistent charter production
• Deep knowledge of the domestic and international charter markets
• Strong operator relationships and experience sourcing supplemental lift
• The ability to independently manage the full charter sales cycle
