Senior AWS Data Architect
Job Summary
To support customer engagements, the full-time Senior AWS Data Architect will be responsible for planning, building, and deploying cloud-based data solutions, including AWS Data Lake implementations and data governance strategies, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers to shape their cloud adoption journey and provide technical and strategic guidance
- Design and implement AWS Data solutions, including data architecture and ingestion frameworks
- Develop high-quality technical content and support brand development through thought leadership initiatives
Required qualifications
- Professional experience architecting and operating Data/DevOps solutions on AWS
- Experience in software or technology customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in primary programming languages such as Python and Bash
- Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and EMR
- Experience with tools and libraries such as Airflow, Kafka, and Spark
