Senior AWS DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a government customer, the remote Senior AWS DevOps Engineer will manage AWS cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes operations, and CI/CD processes while ensuring secure and reliable digital service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and sustain AWS capabilities using various tools and technologies including EKS, ECS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure deployment automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions and maintain clear technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in platform delivery, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS implementation and operations
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into technical outcomes
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
