Job Summary
To support a dynamic Managed Services team, the full-time Senior AWS Support Engineer will maintain, optimize, and support complex AWS cloud environments for enterprise clients in the US, while also leading client discussions and managing operational escalations in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 high-availability support and management for AWS infrastructure, including proactive monitoring and incident management
- Lead technical discussions and operational reviews with US-based clients, translating technical issues into clear business insights
- Identify opportunities for automation and assist customers with AWS cost optimization and security hardening
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Support or Systems Engineering within a Managed Services environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong expertise in core AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, and RDS
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Essential AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
