Senior Azure AI Security Architect

Job Summary

To enhance security frameworks for AI and machine learning systems, the full-time Senior Azure AI Security Architect will define and maintain security architecture, create implementation guidance, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develops secure architecture patterns for AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure and Databricks
• Conducts threat modeling and risk assessments for AI/ML systems, addressing vulnerabilities and defining security requirements
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate automated security controls throughout the machine learning development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role or equivalent education and experience
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML workloads and data pipelines within Microsoft Azure and Databricks
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps practices, with knowledge of security controls from data ingestion to model deployment
• Strong understanding of network, application, and data security controls in a cloud-native environment
• Proficiency in Python for security testing and automation, with familiarity in data science and AI libraries
