Senior B2B Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product experience for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Senior B2B Product Manager will manage B2B intake, prioritize the product roadmap, and oversee the end-to-end shipping of enterprise products while ensuring learner engagement and renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Run B2B intake and discovery by engaging with sales, account managers, and customers to log requests and identify patterns
• Own the product roadmap by categorizing requests, prioritizing based on customer evidence, and communicating trade-offs with stakeholders
• Ship the enterprise product end-to-end, including admin dashboards and onboarding processes, while maintaining learner engagement and measuring product metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-facing products
• Direct experience working with sales teams and enterprise customers to create a prioritized roadmap
• Proven ability to manage trade-offs and maintain relationships with sales and customers
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with executives and stakeholders
