Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Back End Software Engineer to design, build, and operate foundational services across a polyglot codebase of Python, Go, Rust, and Java, with responsibilities spanning the complete service lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable shared services and internal APIs used across product teams
- Take ownership of services from technical specification and architecture through deployment and production support
- Enhance infrastructure and developer tooling to improve CI/CD processes and team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development
- Strong hands-on experience in at least two of Python, Go, Rust, and Java
- Experience building and operating cloud-native services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of systems fundamentals, including networking and performance tuning
- Experience designing and building REST and/or gRPC APIs or shared libraries
