Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior Backend Development Software Engineer.

Position Responsibilities

• Write and ship production code that has meaningful user and business impact
• Work with a small cross functional team of engineers, PMs, designers, content designers, and researchers with full ownership over their apps (testing, deploy, monitoring)
• Collaborate with HubSpotters all over the company, whether in engineering, product, design, research, marketing, sales, etc

Qualifications

• Backend development experience in Java
• Strong focus on users
• Experience consistently delivering high value, high impact, cross-team projects
• Design decisions with reliability, maintainability, usability, readability, performance, and scalability of the overall solution in mind
• Serious about career and technical growth
