Job Summary
Owning the backend architecture for Camunda Hub, the full-time Senior Product Builder will manage the fleet propagation mechanism, design foundational changes, and ensure system reliability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Take over and enhance Hub's fleet propagation mechanism for managing access, secrets, tenants, and licenses
- Write design documents for foundational changes and transform them into tested, deployed code
- Design and implement Hub's event and webhook mechanisms to improve responsiveness to changes
Required qualifications:
- Experience in building and running backend systems in production
- Proficiency in Java, API design, and multi-tenant SaaS services
- Knowledge of software architecture, failure analysis, and debugging production incidents in distributed systems
- Experience in shaping an API or platform as a product and writing design documents for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to build AI-first solutions from written specifications
