Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Backend Engineer will develop and maintain internal frameworks, APIs, and backend services using Python, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the internal LLM agent framework with a focus on scalability and processing
- Ensure system observability and reliability using metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools
- Adapt the framework for specific customer use cases and collaborate with ML/NLP teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of production experience with Python
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with async Python frameworks in production
- Ability to debug issues across service boundaries
- Strong product mindset with an understanding of technical decisions that align with product goals
- Open to using AI tools in daily development and troubleshooting
