Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Tech Lead).
Position Responsibilities
- Mentor other developers and grow the backend engineering team
- Build the foundational framework for new and existing systems (NodeJS backend, Hasura GraphQL API, AWS Infrastructure)
- Collaborate cross company to quickly plan and iterate on new features and offerings
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industry experience at high-growth startups or companies
- 2+ years of industry experience using NodeJS (Typescript preferred!)
- Previous experience (as a member or team lead) of a highly efficient team (remote a plus!)
- Experience with IaC (we use Terraform to provision AWS)
- Passion for GraphQL and the surrounding ecosystem
