Job Summary
Leading the development of backend systems, the full-time Senior Backend Engineering Manager will manage and mentor engineering teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure the scalability and reliability of the member platform in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of backend features and platform components across multiple squads
- Drive execution of multi-quarter technical strategies for the member platform, ensuring alignment on objectives

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering with at least 3 years in a formal management or leadership role

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in managing and scaling engineering teams at a system-wide level
