Senior Benefit Advocate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Benefit Advocate will ensure accurate translation of client benefit intent into Plan Information Forms and downstream configurations, while performing complex quality assurance and benefit configuration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client plan documents and supporting materials to confirm compliance and accuracy before implementation
• Utilize Crystal to manage benefit information for new business, renewals, and midyear changes
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure a seamless client experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of Diamond and benefit configuration processes
• Experience with medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work independently with moderate supervision
