Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will manage health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave administration while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave programs
- Coordinate leave administration and manage internal workflows related to employee leaves and disability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in benefits or people operations
- Experience administering benefits in both the United States and Canada
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
