Job Summary
To support a high-growth environment, the remote Senior Benefits Analyst will lead the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, focusing on compliance and accuracy
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes
- Build reporting and dashboards to track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis
- Direct experience with equity compensation programs such as UARs and RSUs
- Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems
