Job Summary
To evaluate and enhance benefits operations, the full-time Senior Benefits Consultant will lead key workstreams, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze current processes, and present actionable recommendations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead assessments of current benefits operations and identify gaps for improvement
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze data to develop actionable roadmaps
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and ensure effective handoff to teams
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in benefits leadership for US health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and nondiscrimination testing
- Experience in vendor strategy, governance, renewals, RFPs, and contract negotiation
- Financial fluency in invoice reconciliation, budgeting, and cost-driver analysis
- Workday benefits experience, including eligibility files and vendor integrations
