Job Summary
To support critical U.S. benefits programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will lead the planning and execution of annual Open Enrollment, manage complex benefits initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and administration of annual U.S. Open Enrollment programs
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR, Payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless enrollment experiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on employee benefit inquiries and overseeing enrollment processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, including 3-5 years leading Open Enrollment programs
- Experience managing complex benefits initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits administration and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools
