Senior BI Analyst
Job Summary
Leading analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Senior BI Analyst will collaborate with advancement leadership and various departments to design and build dashboards, manage fundraising metrics, and ensure data integrity for strategic decision-making in fundraising operations.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for advancement leadership and gift officers
- Leads the development of metrics for the Grateful Patient program, including patient identification and engagement tracking
- Partners with various units to define secure data flows and supports the transition to a modern CRM platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting, including SQL development and dashboard design
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with CRM or constituent databases
- Familiarity with fundraising operations in higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit settings
