Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions, the full-time Senior BI Analyst will manage Power BI and Databricks reporting ecosystems, deliver executive dashboards, and transform healthcare data into actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Risk Adjustment programs
• Design and maintain scalable data models, KPIs, and executive dashboards while ensuring data quality and governance
• Develop and optimize Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics workflows, partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Reporting, with a focus on enterprise-scale solutions
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, SQL development, and Databricks/Spark environments
• Healthcare analytics experience, including knowledge of claims, provider, member, and Risk Adjustment data
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable analytics solutions and communicate insights effectively
