Senior BI Developer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting data solutions that empower informed business decisions through the creation of dashboards, reports, and ETL/ELT processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support BI reports, dashboards, governed datasets, and ETL/ELT processes
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Conduct data analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of data solutions and reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in IT, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data integration tools like Microsoft Integration Services
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Business Objects
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality processes, and production support practices
