Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. BI Platform Engineer to provide expertise in the administration, design, development, and integration of BI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot various BI applications to support data visualization and analysis
- Lead or support the design and implementation of data platform capabilities to meet business requirements
- Research and evaluate new BI technologies and implement process improvements to address technology gaps
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; Master's preferred
- Typically 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, or application development
- 3+ years of coding proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, SQL)
- Experience using Agile methods preferred
- Applicable certifications preferred (GCP, Data Engineering)
