Senior Bid and Capture Manager

Job Summary

Owning the bid and capture processes, the full-time Senior Bid and Capture Manager will manage end-to-end proposal development and track funding streams relevant to K-12 solutions while working remotely within the Sales Enablement team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete proposal development process, including compliance, writing, and submission for various solicitation types
• Track and analyze federal, state, and local funding streams to align with district needs and maintain a portfolio of cooperative and state contract vehicles
• Build and implement an AI-forward operation for bid management, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in proposal submissions

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or public sector capture with a proven track record of wins in a competitive market
• Familiarity with at least one major cooperative or state contract vehicle from any perspective (supplier, cooperative staff, or public agency buyer)
• Strong understanding of the K-12 procurement cycle and public procurement practices
• Experience with AI tools relevant to writing and compliance functions
• Certifications such as APMP, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, or CPSM are preferred
