Senior Bid Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the full-time remote Senior Bid Desk Analyst will provide partner support, optimize processes, and resolve complex issues within the North America Pricing Operations & Bid Desk team.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide partner support and guidance while serving as the primary contact for support queries
• Identify gaps in existing processes and drive holistic solutions, including the creation of a partner support playbook
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with pricing policies

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with transactional systems and business operations
• Strong experience using Excel and related analytical tools
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work under pressure with effective prioritization skills
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
