Senior Bid Desk Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the full-time remote Senior Bid Desk Analyst will provide partner support, document processes, and identify solutions to optimize operations within the North America Pricing Operations & Bid Desk team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide partner support and guidance while serving as the primary contact for support queries
- Document and share knowledge, creating and maintaining a partner support playbook
- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with transactional systems and business operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
- Strong experience using Excel and related analytical tools
- Proven ability to identify challenges and drive efficiencies at the intersection of business processes and IT systems
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
