Job Summary

To support the Commercial & Project Management organizations, the full-time Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates while promoting an inclusive recruitment process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates while screening for expertise and culture fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations throughout the recruitment process
• Apply Lean principles to streamline recruitment processes and contribute to team projects aimed at evolving best practices

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing complex offer negotiations
• Experience advising senior leaders on recruitment strategy and market trends
• Skilled in translating recruitment metrics into actionable business recommendations
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience in complex offer discussions
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
