Senior Biomedical Data Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of pharmaceutical and academic partnerships, the full-time Senior Biomedical Data Manager will analyze large clinical trials, validate newly developed biomarkers, and ensure the organization and accuracy of clinical datasets, working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment based in Boston or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for digitalization of whole slide images and collaborate with platform teams for feature development
• Oversee algorithm deployments, including running redeployments of established workflows and adapting previous workflows for new projects
• Develop strategies to enhance team efficiencies and mentor peers to foster career growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical or related field (biomedical informatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics)
• 2-4 years of experience in biomedical research with a focus on data curation and communication
