Senior Biostatistician Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing statistical activities and deliverables, the full-time remote Senior Biostatistician Manager will manage a team of Biostatistician Managers, serve as a client point of contact for large projects, and ensure timely completion of statistical tasks across a broad research area.

Key responsibilities

• Manages statistical deliverables and resources, ensuring adequate staffing and timely completion of projects
• Serves as a statistical expert and provides consultation to projects while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and project teams
• Supervises and mentors senior statistical staff, promoting career development and overseeing recruitment activities

Required qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field
• 7 years of experience with a PhD or 10 years with a Master's, including leadership of a clinical research team
• Expertise in data manipulation and statistical analyses
• Proven leadership skills in managing clinical research teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively communicate technical concepts
