Senior Biostatistician Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing statistical activities and deliverables, the full-time Senior Biostatistician Manager will manage a team, serve as a client point of contact for large projects, and ensure the timely completion of statistical tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages a team of Biostatistician Managers and oversees statistical deliverables across various research areas
• Serves as a primary client contact for statistical deliverables, fostering collaborative relationships with sponsors and project teams
• Develops strategic vision for the department and manages statistical resources to ensure project staffing and budget compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 7 years of related experience with a PhD or 10 years with a Master's, including leadership of clinical research teams
• Expertise in advanced data manipulation and statistical analyses
• Proven leadership skills in managing clinical research teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently while being detail-oriented and proactive
