Senior Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Biostatistics Manager will contribute to clinical trial design, protocol development, and regulatory submissions while ensuring high-quality statistical analyses and interpretations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates in the design of clinical studies, including methodology and data analysis
• Authors and reviews protocol documents, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports
• Communicates results and provides data interpretations to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• PhD with 3+ years or MS with 5+ years of experience in statistics or biostatistics
• Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R, or Python)
• Experience with clinical trials, drug development, or the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and clinical trial design
• Strong understanding of standard and advanced statistical methods
