Senior Bodily Injury Claims Representative

Job Summary

Handling complex bodily injury claims with minimal supervision, the full-time Senior Bodily Injury Claims Representative will guide investigations, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate fair resolutions while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-exposure bodily injury claims, guiding investigations and evaluating coverage and damages
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigated files while maintaining reserves
• Serve as a trusted resource and mentor to teammates, presenting select claims to committee

Required qualifications

• Experience handling complex bodily injury claims
• Strong investigation, coverage analysis, and liability assessment skills
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with attorneys and litigated claims
• AIC, AINS, CPCU coursework, or other insurance education is a plus
