Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To bridge complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions, the remote Senior Business Analyst will lead stakeholder interviews, design value streams, and define requirements for AI and data initiatives while driving project outcomes in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-impact interviews and workshops to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision and success metrics
• Map current and future state value streams, identifying automation opportunities and quantifying benefits
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, including for AI/ML features, while ensuring alignment between business objectives and project implementation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development within the data and analytics industry
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience using AI to enhance business analysis activities
• Strong ability to facilitate interviews and translate ambiguous needs into structured requirements
