Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Providing senior-level analytical support for the technology services portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage reporting and analytical models to enhance deal objectives, revenue predictability, and profitability across the services lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions while presenting performance trends and recommendations to senior leadership
- Evaluate pricing, costs, and deal profitability, and analyze end-to-end services performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop reporting for recurring revenue metrics and create executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or business analytics supporting commercial decisions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with managed services metrics, including NRR, GRR, and customer-level analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA, with proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau
- Strong experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including data validation and forecasting practices
