Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To ensure the effective gathering and documentation of business requirements, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to analyze, validate, and translate business needs into technical specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements, facilitating project plans and verification sessions
- Lead user acceptance testing efforts, ensuring documentation, verification, and resolution of system deficiencies
- Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
- Strong understanding of business analysis core competencies
- Experience with technical documentation of business systems and processes
