Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Experienced in the Cards and Payments domain, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver card payment solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows while ensuring traceability throughout the SDLC
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and QA teams to support UAT planning, testing, and production releases
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Strong experience in the Cards and Payments domain with hands-on experience using TSYS or similar platforms
- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs and user stories
- Experience with UAT, integration testing, and defect management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
